When
When will we get upgraded?
Upgrades are taking place during March and April. You will get an email with your upgrade date before the move.
New packing on your invoice
For renewals happening from 1 May 2026, you will see the new packing on your invoice. Pricing and any discounts remain in accordance with your current agreement, subject to price adjustments in line with our Terms of Service.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Your monitoring profile(s), email notifications, bidspaces, saved bid work - everything will be in place when you’re upgraded. You just have to follow along. To prepare, you can watch the video above to get a first tour of the new workflow.

AI-feature that leverages historical bid data
Users on the Core and Scale packages will have the option to upload historical bid data on the platform and use AI to receive answers to new procurement questions. If you choose to use this AI-feature and upload any information containing personal data, you act as the data controller and Tendium act as the processor. More information can be found in our DPA and list of sub-processors. This data is hosted in the EU (Sweden) by Microsoft Azure.
Tendium’s AI approach
At Tendium, AI is used and developed in a controlled, responsible, and secure manner. One of our core priorities is to ensure the lawful, ethical, and efficient use and development of AI. We are committed to proactively and responsibly use and develop AI in alignment with our company’s overall values and business objectives.
Further, we want to emphasise that:
we don’t train our AI-models on customer data;
the customer owns all customer-related AI data, meaning the results of the AI that is based on customer information;
Tendium’s AI is classified as limited risk and we are compliant with the AI Act. Users of Tendium’s AI-features should always be aware when interacting with AI and when content is AI-generated; and
all customer data remains confidential.
For more information related to this subject, please see our Terms of Service, specifically Clause 1.3 (under “AI-Driven Features"), Clause 1.7 (The Customer’s Data Ownership), Clause 4.1 (Access to your Data) and Clause 4.5 (Confidentiality).
Platform updates and terms
Your subscription pricing, including any discounts and other negotiated terms, stays the same and won’t change with the new platform. The Service Description, which is part of the Agreement, will be updated to reflect Tendium 2.0.
As set forth in our Terms of Service, Tendium is entitled to make improvements, changes, and to remove functions on the Platform, including changing and amending customer agreements. These provisions exist in order for Tendium to remain flexible in the development of the platform, where the goal always is to deliver the best possible customer experience. Please note that we are making the changes to our Service Description in accordance with these provisions of our Terms of Service.
